Faster way to fat loss

I know what you’re thinking, there is no fast way to fat loss!? But there is a method I’ve recently found that works 100% if you put in the effort. The faster way to fat loss program uses intermittent fasting, counting macros and effective workouts that work with your diet. No starvation craziness here! For example, on Monday’s and Tuesday’s we do low carb days and pair that with sprint workouts. On lifting days we eat higher carbs, yay! I have tried every type of workout and this has been the most effective for me. It’s not a quick fix, it’s definitely something you have to work at but it’s super sustainable. There are no pills, wraps, shakes or anything of that nature required, but add those in if you love them:)I do however love bcaa’s now and I started taking a probiotic for gut health. I eat a clean organic diet and workout 5 days a week for 20-45 minutes. Best part, I don’t go to a gym. Of course you can if you prefer that but it doesn’t work with our current life.

I can’t believe I’m sharing my before and afters but here you go friends, have at it. These are my results after 6 weeks. I plan on sharing again in 6 more weeks.
